Bellmont Ballroom

The Grand Bellmont Ballroom is well-suited for any event from weddings to conferences, formal keynote dinners to tradeshows. Complete with a state-of-the-art sound system and drop-down screens in each section, making this space the gem of the Crowne Plaza!

 

Windsor Ballroom

The Windsor Ballroom comfortably accommodates small to medium sized meetings or corporate dinners/receptions up to 200 people. The elegance of the grand ballroom on a smaller scale, this room is well-suited for those groups and meetings with specifically defined meeting space needs.

 

Cambridge Boardroom

  • 468 square feet
  • 20 person sectional conference table
  • Direct access to the outdoor plaza
  • A wall of windows for direct light!

The Cambridge Boardroom can host up to 20 people for a board meeting, sales presentation, or planning meeting. This room is well-equipped with tools for a successful meeting including a 72” flat-screen with the ability to be hooked up to a laptop for presentations.

From the earliest stages of your meeting planning, the Crowne Plaza team is working for you! With guaranteed 2-hour response time to phone call or email inquiries, the sales team becomes your partner in achieving event success.

A Crowne Plaza exclusive, your onsite Crowne Meeting Director will be your ONE point of contact for your event. At the beginning of each event day, your Crowne Meeting Director will check in with you to ensure all your guest needs are being met, and follow up with you at the end of each event day to review your daily charges and discuss your event feedback.

Our third party Audio-Visual company provides competitive pricing and flexible rentals to suit your budget.
